How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery estimates are 1 to 5 weeks for Canada and 1 to 4 weeks for the United States. Our products ship from our suppliers, and tracking details are emailed to you once your order ships. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Is shipping free?

No, shipping is not free. Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and some items carry additional weight-based fees, which are also shown at checkout before you pay.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking email when your order ships. If your tracking has not updated for a while, contact us at support@ubenio.com and we will look into it for you.

What is your return policy?

You have 15 days from delivery to report an item that arrives defective, damaged, or not as described. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, and we do not offer exchanges. Please email us at support@ubenio.com before sending anything back. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, in the currency you paid (CAD for ubenio.ca orders, USD for ubenio.com orders), within 5 to 10 business days.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

Prices are in CAD on ubenio.ca and USD on ubenio.com. Because goods ship from suppliers outside Canada and the United States, customs duties or taxes may be charged by your country's customs office on delivery; those charges are the customer's responsibility.
